From JB Prince is a two piece magnetic truffle mold. It creates beautifully smooth, round spheres. Clearly we won't be restricting ourselves to chocolate. Each mold creates 32 pieces, perfectly sized, as they are or ready to be rolled in something crisp or crackly or dipped into something smooth. We were just working with someone who dreamed of making pad thai Rocher, who knows what we'll dream up next.
