Our approach to food is all about maximizing flavor first and then creating beautiful dishes. We believe that a solid foundation of knowledge, cooking skills and science can make anything possible in the kitchen.

Aki and Alex offer recipe development and testing services for food companies, restaurants and cookbooks. They offer both organizational and writing services for chefs working on their books.
